Anwyl announces plans for 101 new build homes in Wellington, Telford
Anwyl Homes has acquired 15.2 hectares of land in Wellington, Telford, for a new residential development, known as Haygate Fields.
Located on Haygate Road, the housebuilder has received planning permission to build 101 properties, which includes a range of one, two, three and four bedroom homes.
Anwyl will transform the site, delivering an attractive mix of semi-detached and detached properties, as well as some bungalows.
A selection of different house types will be available, each thoughtfully designed with modern lifestyles in mind and built to exceptionally high standards.
